Program Overview

Imaginal Ventures, Foresight Canada and Spring Activators are collaborating to bring a founder-centric ecosystem-building program for cleantech companies. By building the capability of both ventures and investors, we accelerate the growth of businesses ready to scale.

Through this collaborative model, we will recruit ten climate solution start-up entrepreneurs within Atlantic Canada and at least 20 investors from the Atlantic Provinces and across Canada.

What to Expect from this Scale-up and Investment Challenge

Over the course of 8 months, we offer three innovative programs designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and capabilities to overcome challenges that hinder growth in the cleantech industry.

The Imaginal Scale-Up Program is a modern and innovative virtual 12-week program. This program supports founders and leaders to design, develop and implement strategies to create sustainable growth. The program uses evidence-based techniques that teach conscious decision-making, building a solid foundation to accelerate growth and impact.

Foresight’s Investment Readiness Program is grounded in its leading national program for Cleantech companies. The 4-week program is designed to prepare ventures for interfacing with investors.

Spring Activator’s Investor Challenge teaches impact investing and measurement to investors, including best practices around investing in uncertain times. The 11-week program includes due diligence, impact measurement, deal term negotiation and more.
